TeleSpecialists has now supported more than 2 million patient encounters across nearly 500 partner hospitals. Many of them began the same way: a stroke alert, a clock already running, and a board-certified specialist at the bedside in under three minutes.

2 million reasons to celebrate.

Our team recently reached a major milestone: 2 million patient encounters. Behind every one is a patient, a partner hospital, and a care team that moved quickly when it mattered most.

So we celebrated the best way we know how: together, and in pink. Last Wednesday, our team wore pink for Breast Cancer Awareness Month, honoring the patients, survivors, and families affected by breast cancer, and the care teams who stand beside them.

Thank you to our physicians, our Rapid Response Center, and every partner hospital that helped us reach this moment.

Quality work rarely happens in the spotlight. It happens in case reviews that ask what could have gone faster, and in teams who track the same measures month after month until the numbers move.

This Healthcare Quality Week, we want to recognize the quality and safety professionals at our partner hospitals. As specialists, we see the result of their work in every consult: stroke alerts activated early, imaging ready when we connect, and teams who know the next step before we ask.

We also want to thank our own Quality team. Every partner hospital has an assigned QPS who knows its data, its workflows, and its goals, and who works alongside its quality team to keep improvement moving between consults.

TeleSpecialists has now supported 2 million patient encounters across our partner hospitals. Each one relies on board-certified specialists and the operations team that connects them to the bedside on average, within three minutes, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, three hundred sixty-five days a year.

Every TeleStroke consult starts before a neurologist ever appears on screen.

It starts when a nurse at a partner hospital recognizes something is wrong and sends an e-alert or makes the call. On the other end is our Rapid Response Center, the team that connects that request to the right specialist, keeps every detail straight, and stays with it until the patient is seen.

This Customer Service Week, we're recognizing both sides of that connection.

To our RRC team: you are the steady presence hospitals rely on in their most urgent moments. Your accuracy, composure, and follow-through make every consult possible, on every shift.

To the ED nurses, stroke coordinators, and bedside teams at our partner hospitals: you are the boots on the ground. Your fast recognition and clear communication give our physicians what they need to act.
