Wellness Wednesday ❤️

Love comes in so many different forms, and we each express and receive it differently.

God is true love. When we step back and look at how Jesus loved us—even when we disappointed Him—we can learn to love differently, too.

Choosing someone else’s joy over our expectations.
Choosing to let go of past hurts so joy can flow today.
Choosing to love, even when it looks different than we thought it would.

EPT can help open those deeper layers of love and the choices we get to make. ❤️

This is part of the work we can do with EPT—to release what’s holding us back and create a healthier response to the things we can’t control. 💛

What if you stopped waiting for someone else to change before you allowed yourself to be happy? 🤍You are not a victim of...

What if you stopped waiting for someone else to change before you allowed yourself to be happy? 🤍

You are not a victim of your own life. You get to choose how you respond when people disappoint you or when life doesn’t go the way you hoped.

Tomorrow, I’m talking about choosing to love your life exactly as it is.
