Patients are welcome to bring one accompanying person to their appointment. If you feel you may need additional support or more than one guest, we ask that you please contact our office ahead of time so we can do our best to accommodate your needs.

Important Scheduling Update! 📣

Due to upcoming events and increased traffic in the area, office availability will be limited throughout the month.

Telehealth Visits (Healow):
All provider visits will be conducted via Healow telehealth during this time, except for select in-office services listed below.

Onsite Services Available:

PT & Speech Therapy
• 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• June 16, 19, 23, 26, 29

Infusion Center
• 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM
• June 16, 19, 23, 29

📞 Phone Hours:
Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
(Closed for a 30-minute lunch break daily)

Please note: The Infusion Center will be closed on June 26.

All other office visits will be telehealth-only via Healow during this period. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to minimize disruptions and continue providing excellent care.

What was once an existing medical office building has been transformed into a 20,000-square-foot outpatient care environment thoughtfully designed with both patients and providers in mind.
