Rotator Cuff Muscles Issues requests some attention. Resistance type of exercise it’s important but if it’s not combined with a Mobility Warm-up - Dynamic Stretching at the beginning of the session and followed by a Flexibility - Static Stretching at the end of the session, you can damage those muscles and the structures around them. therapeutic Massage can help with the combination of all of the above. I believe that health is wealth and that self-connection is the best way to start making good choices. But for that to happen, is necessary to make a movement towards inside of you paying attention to what your inner-child is crying out loud for and make the decision to be the parent providing what that child needs.
