Celebrating this with VCA Charities' Dog Day Out! is a free program that allows volunteers to take shelter dogs on a field trip, which helps dogs to meet new people and enjoy some time away from the shelter (plus it helps shelter staff learn more about each dog for their future adopters). Big thanks to Los Angeles Animal Services for our time with Cinnabun, Franklin and Julia!
