The fear of looking overdone is real and we truly get it.

☀️AM vs PM skincare: here’s Becky’s tips. 🌙

☀️ Morning is about protection: a good cleanser, maybe a vitamin C serum, a light moisturizer, and SPF. You don’t need to layer ten products before 8am. But if you’re skipping SPF, you’re undoing a lot of the work we’re doing together in the treatment room. 🫣

🌙 Nighttime is when your skin repairs itself. Double cleanse: first pass removes your SPF and makeup, second pass actually cleans your skin. Then let your retinol or a good moisturizer do its thing overnight. And please stop! stripping! your! skin barrier! 

If you’re constantly chasing oil with toners and acids, you’re damaging your skin barrier, especially if you’re already getting exfoliating treatments with us. 🫶🏼

Less is more. 🤍
