IT HAS COME TO OUR ATTENTION THAT SCAMMERS ARE USING OUR ADDRESS AND CLAIMING TO WORK AT OUR STUDIO

For the safety of all our clients we wanted to bring this to your attention as soon as it was brought to ours! Tonight a young woman came to the studio thinking she was going to receive a tattoo from someone claiming to not only work at but own Veritas Ink. The name this person uses is Lirelli Lilliana. (Please know that scammers use many names so this may not be a “just this profile occurrence”)
The ONLY artists we have at this studio are Aryanna and Ashley who operate under Tattoos by Aryanna and Ashley Tattoos. And Megan as our body piercer operating under Piercings by Megan. We have NO OTHER artists in the studio. If/when we decide to add more we will announce it HERE! If it is not Aryanna or Ashley discussing your tattoo design with you they are not affiliated with us.

Here are a few things you can do to keep you safe from scams whether they claim here or another studio!!
1. Look at the profile of the person, if the background/floor is different between many tattoos it’s likely they are a fake scammer profile.
2. If they ask you to send them money to buy supplies for your appointment, they are a scam.
3. If they don’t give you the name of the studio just the address they are likely a scam.
4. If you feel like something is off with the conversation via social media. Request an in person consult and place the deposit in person!( we will always accommodate in person consults as well as ones over socials, email, text or call.)
5. Ask to see the persons license. In Illinois all artists must have a current BBP certificate and the studio they work out of must have a license given by the health department with their seal on it.

We value all our clients current and future and do not want to see anyone else taken advantage of! If it seems off or too good to be true please feel to reach out to the shop directly or stop in! We want to ensure this NEVER happens again!!
