If your Botox doesn’t last, it may be your muscle, metabolism, or minimal facial fat pads. Personalized dosing makes a big difference.

Some people build muscle very easily, have a fast metabolism, or very little facial fat. So, their Botox may not last as long as expected. In those cases, the answer is usually adjusting the dose and treatment plan.

How I read a face before the needle ✨

Before I ever pick up a syringe, I’m studying the story your face is already telling. I look at proportion, symmetry, how the light falls, how your face moves when you talk, and your resting tone when you’re not saying a word.

From there, I create a plan that works with your anatomy - supporting structure where it’s needed, softening overactive muscles, and protecting the natural expressions that make you look like you. The goal isn’t to change your face. It’s to restore balance so you look refreshed, brighter, and like yourself on your best day. ✨

Patient safety is never a box to check, it’s the foundation.

Last week, I spent two days at the Allergan Medical Institute’s IMMERSIVE Patient Safety and Advocacy training, digging into anatomy, risk reduction, and evidence‑based protocols to elevate how I care for every face in my chair.

Continuing education like this is how I make sure your treatments are not only beautiful, but deeply rooted in safety, intention, and advocacy.

Grateful to be in rooms that push our industry forward – and excited to bring this knowledge back to my patients in Gainesville.

Nothing recharges me like time with my family and the sound of the ocean 🌊 This past long weekend, I'm slowed down, soaked it all in, and held onto what matters most. Grateful. Peaceful. Present.

Three non‑negotiables for beautiful, natural lips: the right soft, flexible product, respecting the unique anatomy in front of you, and never forcing more volume into the lip than the tissue can safely hold.

When your injector honors movement, structure, and volume limits, you get lips that smile and age gracefully with you without migration or that overfilled look.

Curious what a thoughtful lip plan could look like for you? Send me a message and let’s talk through your goals before we ever pick up a syringe.

Men get injectables too.
As a DNP and master injector, I start by looking at facial structure, movement, skin quality, and the depth of lines before deciding where any product should go.

For my male patients, the goal is to restore masculine structure while maintaining balance and lightening areas of shadowing to rebuild support and preserve a strong, natural-looking profile.

Natural results are never an accident - they come from planning, precision, and restraint.

If you have been curious but unsure where to start, send me a DM and we can talk through your goals and create a plan that feels right for you.

This past Friday I had the opportunity to train with the Allergan Medical Institute at AMI Advance in Miami, one of only eight stops on this year’s tour. Grateful for high‑level education that lets me bring even more safety, precision, and artistry back to my patients.

Honored to learn from this incredible faculty and injector group and to connect with some of my Evolving 8 colleagues:

Lifted, balanced, and still completely her.
Full-face balancing with the Juvéderm collection focused on mid-face and temples to subtly lift and reshape her features, plus lip refinement, combined with full-face Botox (upper and lower face) for a lifted, harmonious result that fully respects her natural anatomy so the outcome is a naturally balanced face that looks totally like her, just refreshed.

Can filler be dissolved safely? Yes, absolutely 🤍

Hyaluronic acid filler can be dissolved using hyaluronidase when results haven’t gone as planned, filler has migrated, or a patient simply needs a reset.

One of the biggest concerns patients have is whether dissolving also removes your body’s natural hyaluronic acid. The answer is to a small degree, yes, but your body naturally regenerates it very quickly, and in the right hands, the benefits often far outweigh the risks.

Education, safety, and natural results always come first 💉✨

There’s a big difference between bigger lips and better-supported lips 👄💋.

In this case, our goal was subtle support and soft structure - not a dramatic change.

You can see how a small adjustment in the lower face and added support to the peri-oral structures creates smoother contour, gentle definition, and a more balanced to the lips and area while still looking completely like her.

Every treatment starts with anatomy, a conversation about goals, and a plan that respects how your lips move when you talk and smile. No trends, no overfilling - just thoughtful, medical-grade care designed to age well over time.

Thinking about lip filler but want to keep things natural? Send a DM or tap the link in bio!
