🎠💙 Around and around we go!

Last week’s community outing brought some classic fun as Conrad and his friends enjoyed a ride on the carousel!

Our weekly outings are a chance to get out, spend time with friends, explore different places, and most importantly, have some fun together. Sometimes the simplest activities can make for some of the best moments! 😊

We love seeing the people we support out and about, making memories and enjoying everything our community has to offer.

Looks like it was a great day for a spin around the carousel! 🎠✨

🎠💙 ¡Dando vueltas y disfrutando juntos!

🍎📚 Happy World Teachers’ Day!

Today, we celebrate the teachers who help us learn, grow, build confidence, and discover what we’re capable of. 💙

Learning doesn’t stop when we leave the classroom. Throughout our lives, teachers and educators can help us develop new skills, explore our interests, overcome challenges, and become more independent.

At CSS, we know that everyone learns in their own way and at their own pace. Whether someone is learning a new job skill, practicing communication, exploring art or technology, or simply trying something for the first time, having a patient and encouraging person there to teach and support them can make all the difference.

On World Teachers’ Day, we want to say thank you to the teachers and educators in our community for sharing their knowledge, patience, creativity, and encouragement each day. 🍎✏️

Who is a teacher who made a difference in your life? 💙

♻️💙 A helping hand and a summer throwback!

We can always count on Joshua to lend a hand around CSS, and he does it with a great attitude!

Pictured here, Joshua is helping take out the recycling, doing his part to keep our space clean, organized, and free of clutter. We appreciate the little things he does to help out and the positive spirit he brings along with him. 😊♻️

And after a job well done, sometimes you deserve a treat! With today feeling unusually warm for October, we couldn’t help but reminisce about our Hydration Station from this past summer. ☀️💧

During the warmer months, the Hydration Station gives everyone at CSS a chance to cool down with refreshing drinks and the occasional frozen treat. Here’s a throwback to Joshua doing just that with a popsicle after a busy day! 😎🍧

We may have to wait until next summer for the Hydration Station to make its return, but in the meantime, thank you, Joshua, for your kindness, positive attitude, and willingness to help around CSS! 💙
