Meet the Founder Behind Align Wellness Spa💜

Let me reintroduce myself: My name is Jessica Cabral and Align is my story…

Owning my own wellness spa has been a dream of mine since I was 6 years old and somedays I still can’t believe I am living my dream! I knew early on that I loved learning about health & fitness which is what lead me to find my passion for helping people feel their best and how to make whole-body wellness a lifestyle.

I established Align Wellness Spa in 2022 and built it on my education and experience through the past 15 years of teaching group fitness, my health science and physical therapy degree that I achieved in 2013, 250+ hours of continued education focused on health & fitness, and my esthetician license that I acquired in 2021.

I created Align with YOU in mind! Over the years I found that true health is reflected by 3 main elements that work together as one…the mind, body, and skin because how we feel on the inside is reflected on the outside. So, I created a place for the community to feel and look their best at any age. Whether you are getting a Myo-Facial®️ or taking one of Align’s original fitness classes, you will leave feeling aligned… MIND•BODY•SKIN

I want to say thank you to all our clients that have been with us on this journey and believing in the lifestyle that we are creating at Align.
