🌑✨ New moons are a time for letting go…a time for sowing the seeds of what’s to come.

Join us for an evening of sound, breath, movement, and deep restoration as we gather in intentional space beneath the energy of the New Moon.

We’ll begin with gentle movement and breathwork to help you drop in, soften, and reconnect to center. From there, allow yourself to be guided through an immersive soundscape of gongs, singing bowls, flutes, chimes, and beyond.

This full moon in Scorpio meets the warmth of Beltane, creating a moment where release and renewal exist together, where what the body is ready to let go of can naturally make space for what is ready to grow.

We begin with gentle movement and breath to settle the body, then guide you into a deeply restful state as sound moves through you. Bowls, gong, and flute create steady waves of vibration that help unwind tension and support the body in releasing what is ready to move, while also creating space for what wants to grow.

We explore how energy moves through the body, how the glands and organs support that movement, and how presence and nervous system safety create the conditions for that energy to build and circulate

As this becomes embodied, your body develops a deeper sense of trust, openness, and sensitivity
and that carries into how you meet another, how you stay connected, and how intimacy becomes something you feel and participate in together

This introduction class opens the door into our 4 week Circulating Love program where we deepen into these practices and build real capacity in the body

Join Brian and Kelly at Studio Sacred on Friday, April 3 at 7 PM for Journey Within, a sound bath to settle the body and reconnect with yourself after the week.

We begin with gentle movement and breath, giving the body space to unwind and come back into rhythm.

From there, you’re guided into a liminal space where sound begins to move through you. Gongs and bowls create waves that clear what feels stuck, organize the body into harmony, and open a pathway inward.

Some people drop into deep rest. Some feel subtle or strong movement through the body. Some notice a quiet clarity that wasn’t there before.

Lie down. Breathe. Let sound carry you inward.
