Being an empath does not give you the right to abandon yourself for other people. It is not a noble cause, it is self-destruction.

You cannot pour into other people's lives when you are empty yourself.
That's never how it was meant to be.

Gentlemen - if I could monetize every time one of you tried to mansplain something, or subtly, not-so-subtly, attempted to silence an opinion I have, or actual lived experience I possess, I could retire early.

So let me be very clear:
Never confuse my kindness with weakness.

If you think I will sit quietly while you do it, consciously or subconsciously, you are deeply delusional.

In this current climate, you may want to tread lightly in rooms where your entitlement is no longer welcome.
You are either an ally or you are part of the problem.

There is no comfortable little in-between.

I’ve been unfollowing just as many “spiritual” voices as political ones lately.

Why? Because I’m done with the idea that awakening means staying quiet.

Yes, go inward. Yes, protect your peace.
But don’t tell people to meditate away their rage when they’re finally finding their voice.

Everyone wakes up at a different pace.
Everyone finds their courage in their own time.

Shaming people for speaking up now isn’t wisdom. It’s ego.

Spirituality isn’t about bypassing what’s happening in the world.
It’s about how we show up in it.

Sometimes that looks like stillness and prayer.

Sometimes it looks like fire and refusal.

I’m building community.
I’m creating safe spaces.
And when the moment calls for it, I’ll use my voice too.

Fire is sacred.
So is rest.
I’m not choosing between them.
