Xonna M. Clark, LLC

Xonna M. Clark, LLC Empowering women to live and lead from a full cup! https://xonnaclark.com/ That was my wake up call. I was too busy building my ”successful” life.

I used to be like many of my clients: busy, stressed, in the middle of midlife, and super committed to my corporate job as senior business counsel for GE and the life and success I thought I wanted. What I didn’t quite know then was that my body was sending messages that I wasn’t listening to. Eventually, it started showing up in my body, first as hypertension, then pre-diabetes, and even a cancer

scare. It took hearing my doctor say the word CANCER twenty-five times in ten minutes to get me to actually LISTEN to what my soul had been crying out for some time. Yes, I had heard it before many times, I had never really listened. This was my key turning point in my journey to wellness. Finally, I listened to my heart, took one step at a time, and got the right help until I finally got to true soul success. After learning how to access the whole and complete me, I’ve had no more hypertension, no more pre-diabetes, no more cancer scares, and I can actually spend my time doing things that make my soul sing. Now, I want to take what I’ve learned from MY OWN journey, and share it with you. WHO I WORK WITH:
I work primarily with high achieving mid-life women who are executives, entrepreneurs, and leaders of their community, who have given decades to their work and family while sacrificing their own health, energy, and wellbeing. After being this type myself and also working with many such women, I have found that it doesn’t matter if you’ve been making millions as the CEO of your or someone else’s business, or having a massive impact with your non-profit or ministry, we often get so excited about our work, that we leave ourselves dead last. You may find yourself saying, “I have so much more to give, but I can’t give it because I don’t have the energy.”

You may be looking to make a bigger impact in your current career, or you may be looking for stage 2 of your life – which maybe includes writing a book, speaking, or going in a totally different direction. However, if you are exhausted, burnt out, struggling with health challenges, and not listening to the deep inner wisdom of your soul, you can’t do it. You feel fragmented. That’s where I come in. We can’t continue our good work if we are not taking care of our whole self, and at this stage of life, we don’t want to take 5-10 years to get there. We may know what to do, we may even teach it, but until we embody it at a deep soul level, we will not feel whole and complete, and our results will always be superficial and fleeting. My mission is to help you integrate and embody both conscious actions and subconscious repatterning into a holistic, healthy lifestyle so that you can have the career, relationships, and freedom to live a life you love AND the vibrant health and energy to do so. When we resonate at this deep soul level, we stress less, get well, stay well, and create even more positive impact in our work and life. We exude vibrant health, radiant energy and enjoy a life we love! We feel true soul success! MY SPECIALTIES INCLUDE:
Overcoming Chronic Health Imbalances

Sometimes, what’s right in the world does not mean everything is easy.

Sometimes, it is the purpose, faith, and meaning we find in the middle of a challenge. 🌿

I recently heard about a precious newborn baby facing serious challenges with her heart. Her name means “gift of God,” and that stayed with me.

Because life can be like that. We are each here with a purpose, but purpose does not mean a life without frightening or difficult moments. Sometimes the challenge itself asks us to look deeper and ask:

**What is the gift I can find here?
And how can I be a gift to someone else today?**

This little one is having heart surgery tomorrow. If you are reading this, I would be deeply grateful if you would pause and say a prayer for her. Pray for a successful surgery, wisdom and steady hands for her medical team, strength and healing for her tiny body, and peace for the family surrounding her with love. 🤍🙏🏾

And as you move through your own challenges today, remember to look for the gift within them.

🌿 If this landed, leave a prayer, a heart, or a 🌿 in the comments.

What’s right in my world today? 💛

Caretaking.

It can be exhausting, complicated, and deeply emotional. But it can also be a gift.

Right now, I’m grateful for the energy and vitality that allow me to be here with my 93-year-old mom, helping her hold onto a little more freedom, independence, and dignity, while sharing moments together that I know are precious.

If you’re caring for a parent right now, I know how much it can ask of you.

And alongside the hard parts, I hope you can notice the blessings too. The conversations. The closeness. The time.

So today, I’m asking you:

✨ What’s right in your world?

Hi, this is Xonna, and this is my series, What’s Right in My World. 💛

A space to pause and notice the moments, people, places, and experiences that remind us there is still so much goodness around us.

Today, I am reflecting on family, community, legacy, and the gift of seeing familiar places carry new stories.

What is right in your world today?

[ gratitude, family, community, legacy, positive perspective, healthy aging, connection, neighborhood history, resilience ]

What is right in your world today? 💛

For me, it is watching my 93-year-old mother head out for a walk on her own.

It is standing in front of a building that once held my father’s business, Emry’s Pharmacy, the first and only African American-owned pharmacy in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and seeing how that same space continues to serve the community in a new way.

Different generations. Different cultures. The same neighborhood continuing to evolve, connect, and carry stories forward.

There is so much we could focus on that feels wrong in the world. But there is also goodness, resilience, history, independence, and community happening all around us.

Sometimes we simply have to notice it.

So today, I am asking you:

✨ What is right in your world?

[ gratitude, family, community, legacy, healthy aging, independence, positive perspective, neighborhood history, resilience, connection, Cambridge Massachusetts, African American history, family legacy, community stories ]

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗴𝗼𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗱𝗼 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲?

So many women are trying to become the next version of themselves by turning everything into another thing to manage.

Food becomes something to get right.

Sleep becomes something to perform.

Movement becomes something to track.

Rest becomes something to earn.

Creativity becomes another habit to build.

Even joy can start to feel like a chore.

One client named this so beautifully when she realized she wanted to relate to the things that nourished her differently.

Not as more obligations.

Not as another routine to perfect.

𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝗮𝘀 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗷𝗼𝘆.

She began playing with the shift from:

𝗜 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗼

to

𝗜 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗼.

𝘐 𝘨𝘦𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘵.

𝘐 𝘨𝘦𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘯𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘪𝘴𝘩 𝘮𝘺𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧.

𝘐 𝘨𝘦𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘮𝘰𝘷𝘦 𝘮𝘺 𝘣𝘰𝘥𝘺.

𝘐 𝘨𝘦𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘱𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘵.

𝘐 𝘨𝘦𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘴𝘱𝘢𝘤𝘦.

𝘐 𝘨𝘦𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘸𝘰𝘮𝘢𝘯 𝘐 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭 𝘪𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘥𝘦 𝘮𝘦.

That shift may sound small.

𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺, 𝗶𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗯𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱.

Because the body hears something different when care is no longer framed as pressure.

For many accomplished women, the next layer of vitality does not come from forcing harder.

It comes from building a foundation where nourishment, rest, movement, creativity, and follow-through become more natural in real life.

Less managed.

Less effortful.

Less dependent on life being perfectly calm.

𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗻𝗼𝘄.

So this weekend, you might ask yourself:

𝘞𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘢𝘮 𝘐 𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘵𝘳𝘺𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘰 𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘤𝘦 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘐 𝘥𝘦𝘦𝘱𝘭𝘺 𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘦?

𝘞𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘩𝘢𝘴 𝘤𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘰 𝘨𝘦𝘵 𝘳𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵?

𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘸𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘦 𝘪𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘢𝘮𝘦 𝘭𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘶𝘳𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘴𝘶𝘱𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵?

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗶𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘂𝗽 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂? 𝗜’𝗱 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀.

And if you want a simple next step, take the complimentary 𝗩𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝘁 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁.

𝗜𝗻 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝘂𝘁𝗲𝘀, 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗲𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝘆 𝗯𝗲 𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆, 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆, 𝗼𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄-𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴.

What’s right in my world today? 💛

Sometimes, it’s easy to focus on everything that feels broken, especially when it comes to healthcare.

But this week, I was reminded to look for the exception.

While caring for my 93-year-old mom in Massachusetts, we needed to have her seen quickly after she began experiencing dizziness and nausea. From the moment we arrived at Atrius Health, we were met with kindness, patience, and people who genuinely wanted to help.

Every person we encountered made a stressful situation feel just a little lighter.

It reminded me that even inside imperfect systems, there are still good people doing good work.

There is still kindness.
There is still care.
There are still people willing to find a way.

So today, I’m grateful for the people who showed up for my mom and for the reminder to keep looking for what’s right. ✨
