Warm Feet Better Sleep 🌙
A recent randomized trial found that nightly warm footbaths during the week before menstruation improved sleep quality and reduced PMS symptoms.
The protocol was simple. Soak feet in warm water around 100 to 108 degrees for 7 to 10 days before your cycle. After three months, sleep scores and symptom severity improved significantly.
Sometimes the most powerful interventions are simple and low risk.
