Grab your dancing shoes - it’s time to move at The Wave! 🕺💃

Come join our open level Ballroom & Line Dance Classes! Whether you’re twirling with a partner or kicking up your boots, there’s a spot on the floor for you.

🤠 Line Dancing: Thursday, Sept 24 at 7PM
$15 per person, or members can use a class credit instead!
Missed it? We’ve got you covered with another Line Dancing class on Thursday, Nov 19 at 7PM.

💃 Ballroom Dance: Thursday, Oct 22 at 7PM
$35/couple for community, $20/couple for members

What a day! 🥹🫶🏼

Our East Mesa open house was everything we hoped it would be, filled with new faces, familiar friends, and so much good energy in one room. Thank you to everyone who came out to see the space on Elliot and celebrate with us.🥰

This community is why we do what we do. Watching people move together, laugh together, and get curious about Pilates for the first time (or the hundredth) is the whole point.

If you missed it, don’t worry, the doors are open and the classes are booking. Come check out everything we offer, from reformer to bungee to red light therapy, and see what fits your flow.
