✨ This year I had the honor of traveling with Merz Aesthetics to the Cotswolds of England for the Kate Goldie Experience, an intimate, small-group masterclass led by internationally renowned aesthetic physician Dr. Kate Goldie.

Dr. Goldie is at the forefront of regenerative aesthetics and aesthetic medicine research, helping shape the future of the field. The opportunity to learn directly from her, exchange ideas with a select group of advanced providers, and explore some of the most innovative techniques and emerging approaches in aesthetics was an incredible experience.

My commitment to education extends far beyond the walls of Insula. Through advanced training both nationally and internationally, I continually seek out the physicians, researchers, and educators moving aesthetic medicine forward, and I bring those insights, techniques, and clinical pearls back to Insula and into the care of our patients. 🖤

What am I looking at? Oh… holy pores.

Pore size is a very common concern as skin ages, but historically it’s been one of the hardest things to treat effectively. At Insula, we’ve developed protocols that can reduce pore size by 30–40% in just one treatment by improving skin quality and collagen support around the pores.
