As I look back, the last 13 years of your education seem to have flown by in an instant. But behind those years was an incredible journey of hard work, determination, sacrifice, tears, disappointments, and perseverance. Through it all, you never lost sight of your goal and never gave up.

What amazes me most is that I rarely heard you complain. I never heard, “I’m tired.” Instead, you would light up and say, “Yay! Last night I got home early and got 8 hours of sleep!” Always cheerful. Always smiling. Always finding joy even during the most demanding times.

And nothing describes your dedication better than the fact that she was actually scheduled to work on her graduation day. After years of studying and training, one of the biggest days of her life was still just another day of caring for patients and fulfilling her responsibilities. That level of commitment speaks volumes about the physician she has become.

Your strength, discipline, work ethic, and positive attitude have inspired everyone around you. Today, all of your dedication has brought you to this incredible milestone, and I couldn’t be prouder.

Do you have a bald spot after an endoscopic midface lift or brow lift?

Most people are not warned about this complication.

Hair thinning can appear near the incision sites because the tissues are lifted and secured under tension. When hair follicles are stressed or their blood supply is temporarily disrupted, “shock hair loss” can occur.

⚠️ The most important thing: treat it early.

The longer follicles remain inactive, the lower the chance of regrowth.
Early intervention can significantly improve recovery.

Treatment options that may help stimulate regrowth:

• Steroid injections to reduce inflammation
• Botox to decrease scalp tension
• PRP / PRF to activate hair follicles
• Microneedling with peptides or exosomes to support regeneration
