Welcome to Integrated Rheumatology Care - the office of Dr. Jenny Cabas Vargas and Dr. Bella Fradlis. We are two board-certified rheumatologists who provide direct care rheumatology services in Orange County, NY and surrounding areas. Direct care is a healthcare model that allows the patient more time with and better access to their rheumatologist. By ensuring that each visit covers more than just

the basics, direct specialty care sets the patient up for success and is more likely to lead to timely diagnosis and management of complex rheumatologic conditions.
