Everyday, I see post on social media about the new and incredible solution to our health issues. New tinctures, new pills, new powders, new formulas for optimum health. If those new products worked why are we still a sick nation? Because we still do the same ole same ole. Our foods are franken foods, the nutrient values have been destroyed by poisons, the products we put on our skin and hair are chemicals that are absorbed into our systems, and our water we drink bottled or not is contaminated with carcinogens. Are you a supplement chaser? Do you feel compelled to continue trying more and more supplements, hoping to find the holy grail of health? The truth is, health doesn’t work that way, and you are likely flushing your money down the drain! Heard of genie in a bottle well how about Lies in a bottle.

Have you ever considered that your immune system is supported by what you put in your grocery basket. Take a look at what you put in there next time you go to the store. Did you get organic fruits and vegetables so you could get your vitamins and minerals or how about the meats did you get hormones and antibiotics or maybe you got wheat products that was sprayed with Roundup.
You know your coffee has mold and insecticides in it right? Everyday we think we need change our habits to have better health, but we've also come up with plenty of reasons (also known as excuses) not to. Whether you've promised yourself to start Monday, at the beginning of the new year or after your next birthday, it's time to get out of this ever-lasting grave you keep digging with your fork. The never ending supply of ultra processed foods that are no longer beneficial for good health has become a staple of everyone's diet. Wow, what a rude awakening that was. It's going to be 12 years since I was told "YOU HAVE CANCER". Are we winning the “war on cancer”? NO! Did you know that it’s estimated that over 14 million people will die in 2025 from cancer? What happened to all the new research and the new treatments that were supposed to cure cancer? We are still getting it! Maybe there is a common cause like the things we put in our bodies. Think about it, today there are over 70,000 non-nutritional agents that are added to our foods we eat everyday. Wow, talking about a s**t storm, when do you start to realize that we have a choice of what we put in our bodies. I did and would not ever go back to old ways.
