my favorite part is always the stories. sitting at the feet of teachers and listening to the wisdom that gets woven into the craft — that's where i find myself paying attention the most

life has been so tenderly sweet lately i wonder how i can even contain it. i desire to share the richness of my inner world on this app less and less, and instead hold closely these scrumptious experiences in peace. all the exhaustion and lessons i had to go through to get here was worth every moment of this. i am continuously well fed in gratitude 💌
