So grateful that my ŌURA tracks and predicts my periods, because I really thought I was done with periods for good. But thanks to my ring, I’ll now be prepared in 2 weeks when I have my next period.

if you are considering getting an Oura ring, I cannot recommend it enough! I have used one for over 5 years, and have loved it!

Plus, I have a discount for you! Anyone can get it for 5% off through my FullScript shop, but existing clients can get it for 10% off! Comment RING and I will send you my link.

🗣️Post-menopausal women, I’d love your thoughts on this! Am I just getting my hopes up, or could this really be the menopausal transition?

Which of these made you pause and 🤔? Comment EPI226 if you want to hear the full conversation and get more insight.

If you’re tired of letting a number on a scale (or any other device) decide whether you’re having a good day, it might be time to look at the bigger picture. 🤍

Let’s stop guessing, look at what YOUR body is telling us, and create a path forward that actually makes sense for you.

Unpopular opinion… But… Women in perimenopause really should NOT be intermittent fasting (Of course, there are always exceptions to any rule, but for most women who have not gone through the menopause transition, this is true.)

if you want to feel healthy, have sustained energy, and thrive through perimenopause, I suggest you start eating more often.

Are you curious about what to eat? Well that is something that I work with clients to figure out a bio-individual level. Comment “CONSULT” and I’ll send you a link to schedule a free 15 minute call.

This morning I took this video of Bro. 🐾

He’s adorable, but honestly... he wasn’t what caught my attention.

Just ahead of us was a couple who looked to be in their 80s. Every few minutes they’d stop at a park bench, slowly sit down without using their hands, then stand back up again with control.

Over and over.

It was obvious they were intentionally strengthening their legs.

I wanted so badly to record them because they were one of the most inspiring things I’ve seen in a long time, but recording strangers in the park felt a little creepy 🤣 So... you get Bro instead.

I was especially inspired by this because this month’s focus inside Balance in the Messy Middle is functional strength.

Not so we can lift heavier weights.

But so we can keep living independently decades from now.

Yesterday was our Monthly Connect Zoom inside Balance in the Messy Middle.

This monthly meeting has-
😌 No presentation.
😌 No slides.
😌 No perfect agenda.
Just women showing up for each other.

A few hours later, one member shared this message inside our community app.

That’s the power of community.

Sometimes the biggest changes don’t happen because someone gives you another nutrition tip.

They happen because you’re surrounded by people who remind you that your health is worth showing up for.

If you’ve been trying to do this alone...

If you know what to do but struggle to stay consistent...

If you’re craving a supportive community of women who truly get this season of life...

I’d love to welcome you into Balance in the Messy Middle.

💗 Comment MESSY below and I’ll send you all the details.

The recent Cyclospora outbreak has a lot of people asking how to safely wash their lettuce...

While no home washing method can completely eliminate the risk of contamination, properly rinsing each leaf under running water, drying it well, and storing it correctly can help reduce dirt and other contaminants while keeping your greens fresh longer.

Don’t let the headlines scare you away from eating leafy greens. They’re still one of the most nutrient-dense foods you can put on your plate.

Have more questions about food safety or produce? Drop them in the comments, and I may cover them in a future video!

Save this post for the next time you bring home a head of lettuce!

If you’ve ever felt like your symptoms were dismissed or that your body suddenly stopped responding the way it used to...

You’re not alone.

Women’s health has historically been understudied in many areas, especially when it comes to hormonal transitions like perimenopause. Thankfully, that’s changing, and every year we’re learning more about how to better support women’s bodies.

That’s exactly why I love sharing this information. The more we understand, the more empowered we become. 💪🏻

Have you ever been told, “Everything looks normal,” even though you knew something wasn’t right?

07/14/2026

The biggest mistake I see women make when they’re ready to “get healthy” is trying to change everything at once.

Instead, choose one habit you can be consistent with. Build confidence. Then build from there.

Remember: Start where you are, not where you think you should be.

If you’d love support, encouragement, and simple monthly challenges to help you stay consistent, Balance in the Messy Middle was created for exactly that.

You’re not lazy.
You’re not unmotivated.
And you’re definitely not broken.

If you’ve saved the posts, tried the tips, followed the experts… but still feel inflamed, exhausted, or overwhelmed… this isn’t a discipline problem.

Most women I work with don’t need more information.
They need structure, personalization, and support.

That’s exactly why I created The Balancing Program - to help women in perimenopause and beyond identify the root cause of inflammation, understand their bodies, and make changes that actually stick.

✨ Enrollment is open thru 1/24/26
✨ Only 20 spots available
✨ Program begins February 2

If you want full details about The Balancing Program,
👉 comment BALANCE and I’ll send you the link.

You don’t have to figure this out alone 💗
