Your pelvic floor does a lot more than you may realize.

It plays a role in breathing, posture, core support, stability, bladder function and how you move through everyday life. And when something feels off, “just do Kegels” isn’t always the answer.

Our Pelvic Floor Series begins September 14th and combines education with practical, experiential tools to help you better understand this important part of your body.

Every time we talked to someone who wants to come to Costa Rica on retreat but feels hesitant, one of the number one reasons is the fear of slowing down because everyone in their life depends on them.

They’re juggling partners, kids, work, and more at the highest level. Can you relate?

This is the magic of a LifeWorks retreat! ✨

Our April 2026 retreat, all about recalibrating capacity in the body and in our life, and we can confidently say it was one of the most amazing to experiences to date.
