✨ 9:30ams for our midday folks. Perfect for post drop off! ~ Prana Flow on Mondays, Root on Tuesdays, Deep Stretch on Wednesdays, Vin to Yin on Thursdays and Slow Flow on Fridays

🌿5:45pms for post work movement that doesn’t get you home too late! ~ Slow Flow on Mondays, Vinyasa Flow on Tuesdays, Vin to Yin on Wednesdays, Prenatal on Thursdays and Prana Flow on Fridays

🌜 7pms for those who are ready to wind down there day and roll into bed ~ Vin to Yin on Mondays, Restorative on Tuesdays, Yin on Wednesdays, Stretch & Sound on Thursdays
