Thank you so much to the awesome vendors who joined us and all of you who showed up to celebrate today, this week, and this year.

I had no idea what to expect when opening this lil healing studio and this first year has been magical, expansive and beautiful. This is just the beginning!

We love you Greensboro. Thank you for sharing your practice with us. Cheers to year ✌🏼!

Have you heard? Refuge is turning ONE!

As part of our Birthday Week celebration, we’re hosting a Refuge Community Market, and we would love to celebrate with you.

On Saturday, June 20th from 1–4pm, our lot will be filled with incredible local vendors, familiar faces, and the community that has made this first year so special. It’s an afternoon to shop local, connect with one another, and celebrate everything we’ve built together over the last 12 months.

Whether you’ve been practicing with us since day one, recently found your way through our doors, or have been curious about Refuge and looking for the perfect time to stop by, this event is for you.

Bring a friend. Bring your family. Stay awhile. Meet some amazing local businesses and help us celebrate this milestone in the best way we know how—together.

This studio started as a dream and has become a community beyond anything we could have imagined. We can’t wait to gather, celebrate, and kick off our second year with all of you.

It has truly been incredible seeing so many folks come in on an intro offer and feel right at home immediately.

From those new to yoga who then walk in with confidence and belonging, to those who have practiced for years but just haven’t found a “home”.
