Fast forward a few weeks, and they’re already learning, training, and taking their first steps toward careers in cardiac rhythm management and electrophysiology.

Another ATI class is out in the field! 📸

Members of our spring class recently traveled to Minnesota for training with the Medtronic Electrophysiology team, continuing to build on the knowledge and hands-on experience they’ve gained throughout their time at ATI.

Experiences like these give our students the opportunity to learn directly from industry leaders, see new technologies in action, and continue preparing for successful careers in cardiac rhythm management and electrophysiology.

Last week, our Fall 2026 Cohort hit pause on the books and stepped in front of the camera.

By posing for professional headshots + recording introduction videos, our students practiced one of the most important career skills they’ll use after graduation: confidently sharing who they are.

It sounds easy...until the camera starts rolling. 😄 But every take builds confidence.

Before they know it, they’ll be using these headshots, interviewing for jobs, and launching careers in cardiac rhythm management. We’re proud to help them prepare for every step of the journey.

This year, we upgraded the curriculum to provide even stronger preparation for the field—including 10 additional hours of content, plus didactic and clinical competency checklists designed to help participants build confidence and track their growth.

Want even more hands-on support? Optional training workbooks are also available to reinforce learning beyond the classroom.

☀️ The heat couldn't stop us!

Last week, we hosted our inaugural class picnic with the Fall 2026 Cohort, and despite the warm weather, it was one of our favorite days together so far.

Every cohort gets to share this tradition with our faculty and staff, and it always becomes one of the highlights of the program. It's a chance to relax, get to know each other outside the classroom, and build the friendships that make the ATI experience so special.

Improving patient care starts with investing in the professionals who provide it.

Last week, Rebecca was back at Geisinger Hospital in Pennsylvania as part of ATI's ongoing two-year Mobile CRM partnership with their cardiac care team.

Together, we're currently training 24 allied health professionals and advanced practice providers through a combination of online learning and hands-on clinical education.

Over the past two years, ATI and Geisinger have partnered to support clinicians at every stage of their development—from onboarding new hires to advanced clinical education and IBHRE certification preparation. By bringing our Mobile CRM program directly to Geisinger's facilities, we're able to provide hands-on training with simulators and devices without requiring staff to travel.

The best part? Seeing the growth.

With every visit, we see more confidence, stronger clinical knowledge, and continued commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Thank you to the incredible team at Geisinger—and to all of our Mobile CRM partners—for allowing ATI to be part of your learning journey.

Our Fall Cardiac Specialist Cohort has officially landed in Greenville, South Carolina!

After a month of virtual learning, it was so exciting to finally welcome everyone in person. The energy on the first day is always contagious, and we can't wait to get started with hands-on labs, skill-building, and everything this next chapter has in store.

The next five months are going to be filled with learning, growth, new friendships, and unforgettable experiences—and we couldn't be more excited to be part of the journey.
