It’s hard to believe our Spring cohort is already in their final weeks at ATI!

Over the past few months, we’ve watched this group grow in so many ways—not just in the classroom, but in the friendships they’ve built and the memories they’ve made together around Upstate South Carolina. Before long, these classmates will be colleagues, and it’s been such a joy to watch those connections take shape.

This week marks 5 years with Erik Hammes as our Director of EP Training. Simply put: We couldn't be more grateful to have him on our team. He offers subject matter expertise, but he also shows up every day with an unwavering commitment to our students—and it shows in the lasting impact he has on them, long after they've left ATI.

There’s still time to join us for our August CRM Jumpstart session!

This summer, we upgraded the curriculum to provide even stronger preparation for the field—including 10 additional hours of content, plus didactic and clinical competency checklists designed to help participants build confidence and track their growth.

Want even more hands-on support? Optional training workbooks are also available to reinforce learning beyond the classroom.

On May 16, a few of our Spring cohort students participated in the Mountains to Mainstreet Half Marathon & 5K, running from Travelers Rest along the Swamp Rabbit Trail into downtown Greenville.

We always enjoy seeing students get involved in the local community and prioritize staying active during their time here—and it’s even more fun when we get to cheer them on.

We’ve updated the curriculum to give you even stronger skills and better preparation for the field. Summer participants will receive 10 additional hours of content, along with didactic and clinical competency checklists designed to help you track your progress and build confidence.

Looking for even more hands-on support? You’ll also have the option to add training workbooks to reinforce your learning.

These students have a lot of heart... for learning about the heart. ❤️

Recently, our Cardiac Specialist cohort had the opportunity to participate in a pig heart dissection, giving them a rare, hands-on look at the organ they’ll spend their careers working to understand and protect.

They spend a lot of time studying the heart in a textbook, but nothing compares to seeing it all up close. We love seeing these kinds of "aha moments" and know that it will impact heir future work in cardiac care for years to come!
