If you were told in 2016 that hormone therapy was risky, a last resort, or something to avoid — you were told what the research said back then. But the research has changed, and so has the guidance.

The FDA has since removed the black-box warnings. The old "lowest dose, shortest time" rule isn't the standard anymore. And for the right person, at the right time, hormone therapy is being looked at as protective — not just a fix for hot flashes.

You deserve care that keeps up with the evidence, not care stuck in 2016.

This announcement is hard, our sweet Lynn will be leaving as of October 8. Many of you have come to love her, and she is so great at what she does. We are thankful for the time that we had her and pray God helps guide each and every step she takes.

Our new NP, Abi, will start September 29, and we’ll work alongside Lynn for a few days before she leaves. The timing doesn’t work for an introduction and a goodbye from everyone. Lynn does have availability this month. She is here on Tuesdays and Thursdays if you would like to get in to see her before she leaves.

Our team will work to make this transition as smooth as possible. Your care is still our priority. we appreciate your patience during this transition.

A little reminder about our cancellation policy 🤍

We know life happens, but reserved appointment times are valuable—not only to our patients, but to the providers who have set that time aside specifically for you.

We appreciate at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us the opportunity to offer that appointment to someone else who may be waiting.

🌿 Medical appointments: $50 late cancellation/no-show fee
🌿 Massage & aesthetics: Full cost of the scheduled appointment
🌿 Monday appointments: Please notify us by 2 PM Friday
