To my Peachy’s girls,
With everything we’ve been seeing lately surrounding motherhood, mental health, postpartum struggles, and women fighting battles that the outside world may never fully understand… I’ve been thinking a lot.

And I just want to say thank you.

After I had my first baby, I went through my own postpartum struggles. And the crazy thing is, most of you probably never knew.

Because when I walked through the doors of Peachy’s, something changed in me.

I got to be Stephanie again.

Not just Mom. Not just somebody’s wife. Not the woman trying to hold everything together. Me.

I got to laugh with you. Talk with you. Hear your stories. Make you feel beautiful. Watch you gain confidence. Sometimes we cried together, sometimes we talked s**t 😂, sometimes we talked about life, motherhood, relationships, business… everything.

And without even realizing it, you were helping me find myself again.

You guys saved me in ways you will probably never fully understand.

The mind is incredibly powerful. You can have people who love you. You can have a village. You can have a beautiful family and a life that looks perfectly fine from the outside—and still be fighting something inside of yourself.

That’s why I will forever preach SELF-CARE.

And I don’t just mean massages, facials or getting your lashes done.

Take the morning walk.

Read the book.

Color.

Dance in your kitchen.

Go on the adventure.

Call your friend.

Sit outside in the sunshine.

Find something that makes you feel like YOU again.

A note to my peachy family

Some days, my hormones get the best of me… and today is one of those days. 🥹

As I sit here wrapping up another day at Peachy’s, I can’t help but feel incredibly grateful. It’s bittersweet in the best way because I get to wake up every day and do exactly what I love.

I have poured my heart, my sweat, my tears, and so much of my life into Peachy’s. This business isn’t just a job to me—it’s a piece of me.

I just want to say thank you. Thank you to every single person who believed in me when this was just a dream. Thank you to every client who has trusted me with their body, their healing, their confidence, and their time.

I always joke that I don’t really have friends… but the truth is, so many of you have become exactly that. You’ve become my friends. My family. I genuinely love every single one of you.

Every time one of you recommends me, tags me in a post, tells someone about Peachy’s, or sends me a new client… I promise you it never goes unnoticed. I literally smile from ear to ear. Those little moments remind me why I work so hard.

With everything happening in the world lately, we have seen a lot of division being created between people. Division based on race, culture, beliefs, and backgrounds. It is heartbreaking to witness, and we feel it is important to make one thing very clear:

As Mental Health Awareness Month comes to a close, we wanted to take a moment to remind every single one of you of something incredibly important:

As the owner of Peachy’s, I want to speak from the heart for a moment. There was a time in my life when I struggled deeply. I know what it feels like to be overwhelmed. I know what it feels like to carry burdens that no one else can see. I know what it feels like to wonder if things will ever get better.

And if that’s where you are today, please hear me when I say this:

There is a light at the end of the tunnel.

Even when you can’t see it.
Even when you don’t feel it.
Even when your mind tries to convince you otherwise.

It is there.

This is one of those conversations that may not be the easiest to hear, but it is one we feel is IMPORTANT.

Please stop choosing your surgeon based only on price.

We know those “$5K BBL specials” and heavily discounted surgeries can feel tempting. Trust us… we understand. But what many people do not realize is that what you save upfront is often what you end up spending later — emotionally, physically, and financially.

At Peachy’s, we see it all the time.

Clients come in after bargain surgeries dealing with:
• excessive scar tissue buildup
• severe fibrosis
• uneven healing
• hardened tissue
• fluid retention
• poor lymphatic flow
• skin irregularities
• inflammation that lingers for months
• and results that never fully reveal the body they paid for

And the hardest part? Sometimes it is NOT because the client did anything wrong during recovery.

A lot of it comes from aggressive surgical techniques, rushed operating rooms, surgeons taking on too many bodies in one day, lack of precision, and inadequate tissue handling during surgery.

Your body KNOWS when it has been traumatized.

When surgery is done too aggressively, your body often replaces adipose tissue (fat) with thick scar tissue. That scar tissue can literally prevent you from achieving those smooth, sculpted, beautiful results you dreamed of.

Then comes the post-op journey…

Instead of needing a normal healing process, some clients end up needing 50+ massages, extensive fibrosis work, multiple corrective treatments, and months of intensive recovery just to TRY to soften what was created during surgery.

And even then, we are sometimes limited in how much we can reverse.

That is the honest truth.

People always ask us:
“Why would Peachy’s tell people this? Wouldn’t more difficult recoveries mean more business for you?”

And our answer is simple:

NO.

Our mission is not to profit off poor surgical outcomes.
Our mission is for you to LOVE your body.
To heal correctly.
To feel confident.
To feel safe.
To have RESULTS that truly reflect the sacrifice, money, and risk you took to get surgery.

We would much rather work alongside a skilled, ethical surgeon than spend months trying to repair damage from a rushed one.

So here is our advice from the heart:
🍑 Research your surgeon deeply
🍑 Look at HEALED results — not just fresh post-op photos
🍑 Ask how many surgeries they perform per day
🍑 Ask about fibrosis rates and complications
🍑 Look for surgeons known for precision, gentleness, and consistency
🍑 Don’t let social media hype choose your doctor
🍑 Remember that “cheap” can become VERY expensive later

A specialized surgeon who takes their time, focuses on quality over quantity, and respects the body will usually cost more… and for good reason.

Your body is not a discount purchase.
Your health is not something to gamble with.
