I’ve been on both sides of this.

I’ve compared myself to others. I’ve wondered why someone else was growing faster, doing more, or succeeding in ways I wanted for myself.

But I’ve learned that comparison rarely moves you forward. Inspiration does. Some of my biggest growth has come from watching people succeed and choosing to learn from it instead of feeling threatened by it.

Someone else’s success does not diminish your own potential. You can spend your energy questioning someone else’s success, or you can let it remind you of what’s possible for you.
