Sadie Hefel is pairing with Jesse Bennett, a music enthusiast experienced in providing music to move you from the inside.

Ecstatic dancing offers a powerful somatic experience. It allows us to release physical tension, process emotions, connect deeply with our bodies, and improve self-awareness.

This mind-body connection is essential for overall well-being and can lead to reduced stress and a greater sense of balance.

Pets of a Massage Therapist have the best life!

When I first started massage school (back in 2006!) we were encouraged to massage our pets to learn how to palpate tissue & bony landmarks.

Animals are one of my favorites to work on- so expressive with body language & open to receive ✨
That moment when a new fury friend realizes I am going a little deeper then a normal ’petting’- and stays still in order to receive & look at me with kind eyes of ‘feeling seen for where they hold stress’
Maybe even drop their head, drop their guard, lean in… truly an honor.
I guess it’s not that different then humans 😊

But I am definitely a dog person…
