During your session, pharmaceutical-grade salt is gently dispersed into the air while you relax in a comfortable, calming environment. As you breathe, microscopic salt particles travel deep into the respiratory system, helping to cleanse the airways and support healthy breathing.
Salt therapy can also benefit skin health, reduce exposure to environmental irritants, and promote deep relaxation. Also known as Halotherapy.
