I want to share an important update.

I will no longer be doing in-person personal training sessions.

This wasn’t an easy decision, but it’s the right move for the next phase of my business and my life.

The good news is—you’re in great hands.

Sandra will be taking over all in-person training. She’s been doing an incredible job, and I fully trust her to continue helping you get results.

My mission hasn’t changed. Building this business and helping people improve their health is still everything to me.

This is just growth.

At Condappa For Women Health, we’re continuing to expand and serve at a higher level.

If you feel stuck with your health, it’s usually not one big problem.

It’s a few small habits adding up.

Start here:
• Stop scrolling late into the night
• Prioritize high-protein meals
• Get enough sleep
• Move your body consistently
• Reduce unnecessary stress

You don’t need to fix everything at once.

But improving these basics can completely change your energy, results, and mindset.

At Condappa For Women Health, we focus on simple habits that actually work long-term.

You finally get through a long day.

Work is done. Responsibilities are handled. You finally have time to “relax.”

So you grab your phone… and start scrolling.

What was supposed to be 10 minutes turns into an hour.

Now you’ve lost sleep — and the next day starts with low energy, higher stress, and less patience.

Technology isn’t the problem.

But how and when we use it can absolutely impact our health.

At Condappa For Women Health, we focus on building habits that actually support your energy and recovery.

A lot of women in their 30s and 40s say they feel “off.”

Low energy. Poor sleep. Stubborn weight. Mood swings.

And while hormones can play a role, they’re often not the whole story.

Many times, it comes down to:
• Not eating enough
• Not sleeping enough
• High stress with no recovery
• Inconsistent routines

Before assuming something is wrong, it’s important to look at the basics.

At Condappa For Women Health, we help women simplify their habits so their body can start working with them again.

There’s a powerful way to think about hormones and lifestyle:

Hormones may load the gun…
But lifestyle pulls the trigger.

Hormones absolutely influence things like energy, fat loss, and mood.

But your daily habits—nutrition, sleep, stress, and movement—still play a major role in the outcome.

This isn’t about blame. It’s about understanding where you still have control.

At Condappa For Women Health, we help women build habits that work with their body—not against it.

For decades, women were largely excluded from medical research.

Researchers once considered women “too complicated” to study because of hormonal cycles and pregnancy risks.

That meant many medications and treatments on the market were originally tested only on men.

In some cases, dosing for women was simply reduced from male studies — even though women metabolize drugs differently.

A well-known example is Ambien, where women experienced dangerous side effects because their bodies processed the medication differently.

Although research guidelines changed in the 1990s to require inclusion of women in studies, significant gaps still remain today.

Understanding these issues helps women advocate for better healthcare and more informed decisions.

At Condappa For Women Health, education is a key part of empowering women to understand their health.

Most people picture the same symptom when they think about a heart attack: crushing chest pain.

But for many women, heart attack symptoms look very different.

A women’s health doctor recently explained how historical medical research focused mostly on men. Because of that, many people still don’t recognize the warning signs women may experience.

Symptoms like nausea, unexplained fatigue, back pain, or shortness of breath can sometimes signal something far more serious.

Understanding these differences can help people recognize symptoms earlier and seek medical care sooner.

At Condappa For Women Health, education and awareness are a key part of protecting long-term health.

I tried Sweet Gains protein ice cream (vanilla)… here’s my honest review.

I broke down the ingredients, looked at the protein blend, and most importantly — the taste.

Final verdict: 3 out of 5.

It’s not bad, but it’s not quite the same as real ice cream.

They also have other flavors like chocolate, cookies & cream, and salted caramel — which might be worth trying.

At Condappa For Women Health, I always keep it real so you can make informed choices.

There’s a lot of discussion right now about the “new” food pyramid.

But the real message behind it is simple.

Nutrition should focus on prioritizing real, whole foods — not chasing perfection.

The goal isn’t extreme dieting or rigid rules. It’s building a balanced way of eating that includes quality foods, adequate protein, healthy fats, and reasonable flexibility.

Sustainable nutrition habits will always outperform strict short-term diets.

At Condappa For Women Health, we help busy professionals build nutrition habits that actually fit their lives.

One of the biggest misconceptions in nutrition is that there’s one perfect way to eat.

In reality, nutrition is highly individual.

Your lifestyle, schedule, stress levels, metabolism, and activity level all influence what works best for you.

That’s why cookie-cutter diets often fail.

The goal isn’t to follow someone else’s plan — it’s to build a nutrition strategy that fits your life.

At Condappa For Women Health, we help busy professionals create sustainable nutrition habits that actually work long term.
