With all this craziness going on with our food(lettuce) and the potential to cause stomach issues, I decided to sprout some lentils, to get our healthy greens in, not only are they a powerhouse super food and beneficial to your liver, among many other health benefits. They are amazing at manifesting abundance. (My chickens also love them) grateful for the abundance and the harvest from our pear tree and the few tomatoes my chickens didn't get to, lol.
Have you tried sprouting? It's so simple and super delish!

Getting back to my juicing! Nothing like a fresh, cold pressed juice in the morning! What are some of your favorite juice recipes? Mine is a combination of apple,carrot and celery, turmeric and ginger. Also making doggie treats with the left over pulp ,and apple cider vinegar with the apple cores. we are a no waist kitchen over here baby mmmkay,lol
What do yall do with the left overs? I'm always trying new ideas.
