Celebrating 20+ years of partnership with Reach Orthotics and the legend himself, John Robb, CPO.
John and now his daughter Karli has crafted every AFO and SMO Milly has worn - with precision, compassion, and the kind of expertise that comes from decades in the field.

He’s now leading multiple Reach locations and serving on the Virginia Orthotic & Prosthetic Association board, but the other day we were lucky enough to get a moment with him.

Meet Samuel Williams, a 60‑year‑old who loves staying active in his community. Sam volunteers at a local barbershop, runs a recycling business, and enjoys fishing, karaoke, movies, dancing, old music, football, and entertaining friends. His sharp mind tells him he can do anything, but his body doesn’t always keep up - leading to burnout and health challenges.
Sam is ready to begin his fitness journey with MIM to build stamina, strengthen his body, shed a few pounds, and learn healthier habits. With a stronger body and mind, Sam believes he can accomplish anything - and we believe it too!

⭐⭐FEATURING MIGHTY ATHLETE SKI, 81⭐⭐

John, who goes by “Ski,” is an 81‑year‑old man who has been supported by Hope House Foundation since 1984. He is social, loving, and kind, and he enjoys spending time with neighbors and being out in the community. Ski especially loves holidays and decorates his apartment for every single one.

He uses a wheelchair for mobility and is able to transfer independently. Pictured here with Milly, Ski is getting ready to begin his adaptive yoga session - a calming, community‑based movement practice he looks forward to each week.

⭐️⭐️FEATURING MIGHTY ATHLETE - KYLE, 32⭐️⭐️

Kyle is a 32 year old young man who lives with his parents in Hampton. He loves to ride horses, rollercoasters and airplanes and is always ready for a”road trip”! His favorite movies include Toy Story, Pocahontas, Finding Nemo, Lion King and the Peanuts cartoons. Some of his favorite foods are pizza, burgers, chicken nuggets, french fries (all with hot sauce) and gummy candies. Kyle’s goal in this Milly In Motion fitness class is to just have fun!
