Grandmother Chinggis Ayangat is a highly respected international spiritual leader and a prominent shaman from Mongolia.

Meeting her has been such an honor.

Celebrating the solstice with her here in Mongolia comes with so many feelings and wonder.

She is the founder of Gerliin Urguu (the House of Light) and serves as the spiritual director of the Mongolian Tenger Unen (Union of Ancestral Traditions) association. Her life and work focus on preserving and sharing ancient Mongolian wisdom, teaching people how to live in harmony with nature and their ancestors.
