My name is Nick Muller and I’m a 21 year old male. My entire life I have been very skinny and I was never able to put on weight. I had never gone to a gym before and decided to try Body Intensity. At the first session, Dominick asked me what my goals were and he helped me come up with a diet plan that involved increasing my caloric and protein intake. This was combined with heavy lifting three times a week. Because I had no prior experience working out, I had no idea how to create an efficient workout plan for my goals. Dominick created a personalized workout plan tailored to my needs and goals which has been highly effective. Before coming to Body Intensity I never imagined I would be able to put on so much muscle so quickly. I noticed results almost immediately. I could not believe how fast I was putting on muscle after years of never being able to. After 20 sessions I have put on 22 pounds of pure muscle. Dominick has kept me motivated during tough workouts and I’m excited to keep adding muscle and getting in better shape with Dominick’s help.

I know that a lot of clients come to Body Intensity to lose weight and trim down. But I also highly recommend Body Intensity to those people who, like me, are looking to bulk up… my results have been fantastic and I couldn’t be happier!
