She came in for knee pain, but I didn’t just focus on the knee.

Pain is often the symptom, not the source. In this Cryo Reframe session, we looked at the full chain knee, ankle, and foot because how the body loads and moves below the joint can influence what you feel above it.

If you’ve been dealing with knee pain, it may be worth looking beyond just where it hurts.

we use at home works through acupressure, magnetic support, and far infrared stimulation to help the body relax and reset naturally.

Muscle scraping isn’t about bruising the skin…
it’s about unlocking tension that’s been stuck for too long.

Neck, shoulder, and back tightness usually isn’t random it’s built up restriction in the tissue.
