Thank you Kevin Coyle for hosting the 8th annual “A Hike for Jill. A Hike for a Cure” in memory of his wife Jill. Kevin said it was "a beautiful, sunny, and challenging climb to the summit of Mt. Lincoln, with brief stop at Little Haystack Mountain along the way."

Kevin was thrilled to surpass his goal with $5,070 raised this year and a total of $36,000 over the last 8 years.

Since 2017, our CholangioConnect program has matched experienced mentors—survivors, patients, caregivers, and bereaved caregivers—with mentees of all kinds who are just beginning to navigate their cholangiocarcinoma journey.

Last week, we celebrated our 2000th match.

We are so grateful to our mentors, both past and present, for providing a listening ear and open heart to so many people who need it. You are all a true testament that there really is immense strength in community.

For 20 years, the cholangiocarcinoma community has fueled progress through awareness, advocacy, and generosity. This September, we're calling on our community to come together once again through the Community-Funded Fellowship - an opportunity to directly fund cholangiocarcinoma research at CCF.

The Community-Funded Fellowship supports a full year of dedicated research, and this year we need to raise $85,000 to make it happen. During our last fellowship campaign, donors gave anywhere from $10 to over $10,000, joining together to fully fund a scientist's year-long work dedicated to finding answers for patients and families. Every gift, at every level, plays a tangible role in advancing discovery and bringing hope.
