Your body doesn’t get a fresh start when labor begins. It brings everything with it. 🤰

Telling a dysregulated nervous system to react less is like telling an overflowing sink to hold more water. 🧠

The reaction isn't the problem. It's the signal.

When your baseline stays elevated long enough, your window of tolerance shrinks. Things that should feel manageable stop feeling that way. And no amount of breathing techniques or mindset work changes what's happening in your body underneath.
