Catch Sharonne while she’s on island!

Sharonne is back in Hawai‘i and teaching a special 6-week Yin Yoga class, but don’t worry… this is not the kind of yoga where you’ll be sweating, jumping, or attempting some impossible pose you saw on Instagram. 😉

Actually… you won’t be moving much at all.

Yin Yoga is a beautiful practice of slowing down, softening, and creating space. We’ll settle into gentle poses held for several minutes, allowing the body to release tension, the connective tissues to open, and the mind to become quiet.

It’s less about doing more and more about learning how to simply be.

This is your invitation to pause, breathe, and reconnect — a little reset for the body, mind, and nervous system.
