Day in my life as a mom of three boys & business owner! 🤍

Life lately has been a mix of mom life, business, workouts, and lots of exciting things happening behind the scenes!

I’ve been loving going to Orangetheory, but I’m thinking about trying out the new Pilates studio in downtown Howell 👀 What do you guys think?!

Also lots of training happening, new skincare products arriving at the spa, and exciting new services (including peptides) coming soon! ✨

It’s definitely busy, but I wouldn’t trade it for the world.
