Excited to welcome Hayley to our team!! ✨
Hayley Hansen is a BCBA who specializes in early intervention and is passionate about helping young children and their families thrive. With eight years of experience as a BCBA and ten years in the field of ABA, Hayley has supported learners across home, clinic, school, and community settings. In addition to providing direct services, she supervises students pursuing their BCBA credential, with a particular interest in supporting trainees in non-traditional settings. Hayley is also committed to advancing the field through leadership and advocacy, having served on the South Dakota Association for Behavior Analysis (SDABA) Board as both Director and Director-Secretary. She also participated on the Barriers Committee, working to identify challenges impacting access to autism and behavioral services across South Dakota, and has experience supporting students with diverse needs in a special education school setting.
Outside of work, Hayley enjoys spending time with her husband, Jake, their four children, and their dog. She loves weightlifting, playing softball, and reading whenever she can find a quiet moment. She also enjoys baking sourdough and making everyday foods from scratch, often turning simple recipes into ambitious kitchen projects. Whether she’s testing a new recipe or cheering from the sidelines of her kids’ activities, Hayley enjoys embracing the busy and rewarding season of family life.
