This week, our very own Kate White and Elizabeth Wehner were recognized at 2026 fellows by the West Virginia Bar Foundation.

Fellows are lawyers whose professional, public and private careers have demonstrated outstanding dedication to the welfare of their communities and honorable service to the legal profession with the individuals selected reflecting the diverse nature of the legal profession in West Virginia.

What an honor, and we couldn't think of anyone better to select!

The Foundation for the Tri-State's Huntington office has moved to a new home in the Progress Building. We're excited to have a new space where we can connect with donors, nonprofit partners, and community members who care deeply about our community and the future we're building together.

Hi, I’m Kassie. Owner, operator, esthetician, PMU master artist, the whole 9 at SBK. I’m married to the love of my life, Evan and have the sweetest blue-eyed twins you’d ever lay eyes on. This is how you’ll typically find me — being silly and laughing about all I can!
Life is short… we all die anyway!

I’m a licensed esthetician since 2022, and PMU artist since 2019. The beauty industry is my passion and I love making all my ladies feel better about themselves.

Congratulations to 8th Street Barber Shop on their one year anniversary of moving into the Progress Building! We could not be happier to see one of Huntington‘s favorite businesses thriving! 

This week marks one year of 8th Street Barbershop being in its new location at ♥️

Thank you all for the continued support and for giving us the opportunity to do what we love and serve our community every day. We wouldn’t be here without you.

Looking ahead, 2026 will be a huge milestone for 8th Street Barbershop as we celebrate 10 years in business. Grateful for every cut, every conversation, and everyone who’s walked through our doors.
