Today is World S3xual Health Day. 🤍

And if you were never really taught what s3xual health means, you’re certainly not alone.

Most of us learned the basics. Pregnancy. STIs. Maybe a little anatomy.

But what about understanding how your body changes throughout your life? Pleasure. Communication. Consent. Hormones. Intimacy. Pelvic health. Knowing what feels normal for your body and feeling confident enough to speak up when something doesn’t?

That’s s3xual health, too.

And we believe everyone deserves access to education that helps them better understand their body without shame, embarrassment or judgment.

It’s one of the biggest reasons Sultry Company exists.

We want you to ask questions. We want you to understand the changes happening in your body. We want conversations about intimacy and wellness to feel just as normal as conversations about sleep, nutrition, exercise or any other part of your health.

Because this isn’t something we should have been expected to simply figure out on our own.

So today, on World S3xual Health Day, we’re celebrating education, better conversations and the freedom to keep learning about our bodies at every age and every stage.

Because understanding your s3xual health is part of understanding your whole health. 🤍

Chapstick for your v***a? Yep. We said it. 👀

We moisturize our face. Our lips. Our hands. Our entire body.

But what about the skin we almost never talk about?

Pleasure Pods are plant based skincare for the v***a, designed to melt with body heat and help moisturize dry, delicate external skin.

Think of it as one more step in your skincare routine, just for an area that deserves a little attention, too.

And v***a owners aren’t the only ones who love them. 👀

Men, we’re talking to you too. Pleasure Pods can also be used externally to moisturize dry skin and help with uncomfortable friction and chafing in areas like the groin and inner thighs.

And September is the perfect time to try them:

✨ BUY ONE PLEASURE POD, GET ONE FREE! ✨

September 1 through 15
$16.95 | While supplies last

Keep one. Give one to your partner. Or grab two because apparently “chapstick for your v***a” is something we all should’ve been talking about sooner. 😉

Intimate skincare is still skincare.

Your pelvic floor is a group of muscles. And just like other muscles in your body, when they’re weak, they may benefit from the right kind of strength training.

The pelvic floor helps support your bladder, bowel and reproductive organs and plays a role in bladder control, core stability and s3ggsual function.

But unlike the muscles we can see in the mirror, it can be difficult to know whether you’re actually engaging these muscles correctly or making progress.

That’s where the Intimate Rose Kegel Exercise System comes in.

This progressive system includes six different weights, allowing you to begin at an appropriate level and gradually increase resistance as your pelvic floor becomes stronger. It was developed with guidance from pelvic health experts and is designed to make pelvic floor exercises more intentional and measurable.

But here’s something we REALLY want women to know:

Not every pelvic floor needs more strengthening.

A pelvic floor can also be overly tight or have difficulty relaxing and coordinating properly. In those cases, doing more Kegels may not be what your body needs.

If you’re experiencing leaking, pelvic pressure, pain, discomfort during intimacy or other pelvic floor symptoms, a pelvic floor physical therapist or healthcare provider can help determine what’s actually happening before you start strengthening on your own.

Because intimate wellness isn’t just about what feels good.

It’s about understanding how your body works and giving it what it actually needs. 🤍

People tell me some of the most personal parts of their lives. Their questions. Their worries. The things they’re embarrassed to say out loud. And I never take that trust lightly.

But when you spend your days listening, educating, and holding space for other people, you have to find something that lets your own brain switch gears.

For me? It’s video games. 🎮

Headset on. Controller in hand. Brain officially somewhere else for a little while.

Everyone has their thing. What’s yours?

Yes, they can be pleasure products. But that’s only part of the conversation.

Let’s talk about the prostate.

The prostate is part of the male reproductive system, and like the rest of the body, it changes with age. Men also have a pelvic floor, yet conversations about pelvic health, anatomy and changes in function are still far less common for men than they should be.

That’s one reason we carry Aneros.

Aneros products are anatomically designed for prostate stimulation and can absolutely be used for pleasure. But for us, they also open the door to a much bigger conversation about understanding male anatomy, becoming more aware of your body and paying attention when something changes.

And that last part matters.

Changes in urination, pelvic discomfort, pain, changes in s3ggsual function or other new symptoms aren’t something a wellness product should diagnose or treat. Those belong in a conversation with your healthcare provider, along with the prostate screenings recommended for you based on your age and individual risk.

Pleasure and wellness don’t have to live in separate conversations.

Men’s health and wellness matters, and education is the key to understanding your body.

Urinary symptoms.

Yep. Your bladder may be trying to tell you something about perimenopause.

As estrogen begins to decline, the changes don’t stop at hot flashes and periods. Estrogen-sensitive tissue includes the v***a, va**na, urethra and bladder. These changes are part of what’s known as Genitourinary Syndrome of Menopause (GSM) and can show up as urinary urgency, frequency, burning or irritation, va**nal dryness and even recurrent UTIs.

And because these symptoms can feel completely unrelated to menopause, many women never make the connection.

If you’re noticing new or recurring urinary symptoms, talk with your healthcare provider. Hormonal changes may be part of the conversation, and treatments such as local va**nal estrogen may be appropriate for some women.

But it’s also a good time to look at the everyday things coming into contact with increasingly sensitive tissue.

That fragranced body wash you’ve always used? Your v***a may suddenly have something to say about it.

Gentle, v***a-friendly cleansing products can help you avoid adding unnecessary irritation to tissue that may already be more sensitive. They don’t treat GSM or prevent a UTI, but choosing what you use on your body thoughtfully is still an important part of intimate wellness.

Perimenopause can change what your body needs — from your doctor AND from your bathroom shelf.

The more you understand what’s changing, the better you can advocate for your body. 🤍

You’d be surprised how often we hear:

“I thought it was just me.”

Changes in desire. Difficulty with arousal or or**sm. Dryness or discomfort. Changes during perimenopause or menopause. Pelvic floor concerns. Changes after childbirth, surgery, illness or simply getting older.

𝗦𝗼 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝘄𝗲 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝘁𝗼𝗼 𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗸 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗮𝗿 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝘄𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲.

And sometimes simply learning that can be powerful.

It doesn’t mean every experience has the same cause or the same solution. But it does mean you deserve good information about what may be happening, what options are available and when it’s time to talk with a healthcare professional.

That’s a big part of why Sultry Company exists.

We have 𝘁𝘄𝗼 𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝘀3ggs𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗳𝗳 who are here to answer questions, provide education and help take some of the awkwardness out of conversations that really shouldn’t be awkward in the first place.

So that thing you’ve been quietly wondering about?

𝗔𝘀𝗸 𝘂𝘀.

Chances are, you’re not the first person who has. 🤍
