We’re looking for someone with experience in one or more of the following:
✔ Medical Assistant (MA) experience
✔ Medical office or healthcare experience
✔ Front desk or patient coordinator experience
✔ Aesthetics, wellness, med spa or similar experience
✔ Sales, customer service, or hospitality experience
✔ Wellness, fitness, or health-focused industries
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who:

What You’ll Do
• Create an exceptional client experience from start to finish
• Coordinate appointments and manage patient flow
• Support providers with clinical and administrative tasks
• Assist with memberships, skincare, and wellness recommendations
• Participate in events and community outreach
