We’re pleased to welcome Garrett Rood to RJL Solutions as Director of Marketing!

Garrett brings more than 10 years of experience in marketing strategy, digital communications, web, analytics and marketing technology. His background includes leading integrated marketing initiatives, building data-informed strategies and developing systems that strengthen performance, efficiency and audience engagement.

As Director of Marketing, Garrett will lead RJL Solutions’ multidisciplinary Marketing Department and oversee strategy and ex*****on for both the firm and its clients. He will also serve as a strategic marketing advisor, helping organizations strengthen their brands, reach key audiences and translate their goals into measurable marketing strategies.

Garrett earned a Master of Science in Marketing and a Master of Business Administration from Indiana University and studied Computer Graphics Technology at Purdue University.

As part of today’s Homecoming festivities, Rachel had the honor of serving as Grand Marshal of the parade and being recognized on the field during the Sycamores’ football game.

We couldn’t be prouder of Rachel and this well-deserved recognition. Her passion for Indiana State, Terre Haute, and the communities we serve is at the heart of everything we do at RJL Solutions.

As our Client Marketing Manager, Bryce brings some serious creative talent to the RJL team! Working out of our Indianapolis office, he's the brains (and creative genius) behind countless marketing deliverables for our clients.

Armed with an impressive skill set, a wonderfully dry sense of humor, and a willingness to jump in and tackle just about anything, Bryce keeps us entertained AND makes us look good!

Wow! We are truly overwhelmed by the love and support!

Yesterday, we celebrated the grand opening and ribbon cutting of our new Terre Haute office, and we couldn't be more grateful. With well over 100 people in attendance, our entire RJL Solutions team felt the incredible support, encouragement and confidence in the work we do across Indiana and beyond.

What a way to celebrate this next chapter!

Over the last nine years, West Central Indiana has been home to our company's beginnings, growth and so many meaningful relationships. While our work and team have expanded across the state and into Washington, D.C., our roots remain firmly planted in West Central Indiana.

This new space represents more than another office. It represents our continued investment in the region where it all started and our commitment to the communities and clients we are fortunate to serve.

Yesterday was a reminder of just how much relationships matter. Our entire team walked away feeling energized, inspired and ready for the many years ahead.

In addition to a few photos from the celebration, we're excited to share a glimpse inside our new space!

Growth doesn’t just happen. It takes people who are willing to dig in, build relationships and help turn ideas into real projects.

For nearly four years, Jonathan Blake has been doing exactly that at RJL Solutions.

As our Vice President of Economic Development, Jonathan has helped exponentially grow our economic development work and the impact we’re able to have in communities across Indiana. From helping communities develop projects and advance housing opportunities to leading our grants team that has helped secure millions of dollars for local communities, his fingerprints are on a lot of meaningful work.

Jonathan understands that economic development is ultimately about communities and the people who live in them. He brings that perspective to the table every day and has become an important leader within our organization.

As we celebrate nine years of RJL Solutions, I’m incredibly thankful for Jonathan’s leadership, his commitment to our clients and the role he continues to play in where we’re headed next.

As we prepare to celebrate nine years of RJL Solutions, we’re lifting up the people who have helped shape where we are today.

Danielle Chrysler may have officially joined the RJL team just this past year, but our story with Danielle started nearly nine years ago when she was leading defense efforts for the State of Indiana.

Since then, her career has taken her around the world and to the Pentagon, where she spent more than five years serving as a legislative liaison. Her experience in state government, service overseas, deep understanding of defense, and years in Washington made her the perfect person to help RJL take our next big step: establishing a full-time presence in Washington, D.C.

Danielle is a force. She would also probably prefer we never put her on social media, but her work is already proving exceptionally meaningful for our clients, our company, and the communities we serve. And there’s more news in the pipeline.

We’re thankful for DC, both Danielle and Washington, D.C., and what this expansion means for the future of RJL Solutions.

As we prepare to celebrate nine years of RJL Solutions, we’re continuing to lift up the people who have helped shape who we are today.

For the last three years and counting, Danielle Isbell has transformed the way RJL operates day to day. As our Chief of Staff, she connects the internal and external sides of our company, navigates the ship, and makes sure everyone is where they’re supposed to be.

Danielle is a dynamic leader, incredibly talented, and fiercely loyal to our team and the work we do. Her impact can be felt across the entire company, often in ways people outside our walls never see.

As we head into the upcoming legislative session, Danielle will continue to expand her leadership and take on new opportunities for our team and our clients.

Every office has a beginning.

For RJL Solutions in Indianapolis, Ryan Ritchie was there helping build it.

Our Indianapolis story started small, in the basement of 150 W. Market Street across from the Statehouse. Today, our team serves clients from the seventh floor, and Ryan has been an important part of that growth from the beginning.

For almost six years, Ryan has helped exponentially change the face of external relations at RJL Solutions. From advocacy and lobbying to public affairs and economic development, his leadership has helped us expand not only what we do, but how we serve clients across Indiana.

Today, Ryan serves as our Chief External Relations Officer, helping lead our organization, our team and our work across the state.

As we celebrate nine years of RJL Solutions, we’re also celebrating the people who helped build each chapter along the way.

This photo takes us back to the very beginning.

That’s Betsy Peperak sitting at her very first desk at RJL Solutions in downtown Terre Haute, nine years ago.

Betsy started with us on day one as a contractor and soon after became a full-time member of our team. Today, she serves as our Chief Operating Officer and has been part of nearly every chapter of our growth.

She has helped open the doors to each of our Terre Haute offices, our Evansville and Indianapolis offices, and our presence in Washington, D.C. And now, nine years later, she is helping us open another door as we prepare to celebrate our newest Terre Haute office.

Betsy is incredibly loyal to RJL Solutions, but more importantly, she is loyal to our clients. She takes tremendous pride in her work, cares deeply about doing things the right way, and has helped build the foundation that has allowed this company to grow.

A lot has changed since this photo was taken. A lot of doors have opened.

And Betsy has been there from the very first one.
