Important updates for clients!!!

We are in a beautiful season of growth, both in the clinic and in the birthing world as I just attended the first summer birth of the season this morning. So, with that growth has come a little bit of a backlog on reports and responses. I want to sincerely apologize for any delays you may be experiencing.

As many of you know, I am transitioning fully out of the Western medicine world (my last two shifts are this week) and into the natural, biblically‑rooted work the Lord has called me to. With that transition comes a shift in how I organize, chart, update, and manage the flow of the clinic. Some of the systems I carried over from Western medicine require more staff to maintain, and while we are growing, it has been challenging to find the right help in this season.

If you are an active client, please keep an eye on your email. Updates will continue to go out periodically as reports are completed. If you’ve sent in questions, please know that I see you, and I will respond as soon as I am able. If you received the automated reply but not a personal response yet, feel free to gently reach back out.

I also want to humbly ask for your prayers. If you already pray for us from afar, thank you, your prayers truly carry us. Please continue to pray for wisdom, strength, the right help, and for the Lord to continue guiding this work as He grows it.

Thank you for your patience, grace, and understanding during this busy and blessed season. I am so grateful for each of you and honored to serve this community.

We have some important updates to share as we move into a new season of serving our community in a more WHOLEistic way. As of next week, Fridays will now be reserved from 10–2 in Hagerstown at Living Waters Family Medicine for clients in the northern areas, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and the northern part of the Eastern Panhandle. I do still have one 10 AM spot available this Tuesday (tomorrow) in Hagerstown.

Here are our updated hours moving forward:
• Sundays: 2–6 PM
• Mondays: 12–6 PM
• Tuesdays: 12–6 PM
• Wednesdays: OFF
• Thursdays: 12–6 PM
• Fridays: 10–2 PM in Hagerstown

We’ve been experimenting for a while to find what truly works for our family, our ministry, and the clinic. It’s been a season of wax and wane, but after prayer and a lot of discussion, my husband and I finally feel like we’ve found a flow that brings peace instead of chaos and supports every part of what we’re called to do. If you have Wednesday appointment scheduled, you will still be seen but moving forward, we are not booking anymore Wednesday appointments. 

With babies due the first week of July and eight weeks of postpartum work ahead, my availability will be limited. If you’ve been wanting to get in before that season begins, now is the time.

We’ve also been working behind the scenes hiring an admin staff and clinic assistant as my personal time in the clinic will be limited this summer. That does not mean that there’s not ways that you can still come in for appointments and be served, it just might not always be me that you’re seeing right away. With that, we are still welcoming volunteers/apprentices for summer because we anticipate an influx of need.

We had the best time away for several days at the end of last week into the weekend in the mountains of Pennsylvania, and my body definitely felt it. When I’m out of my routine or not in my own environment, I pay for it, and getting back into rhythm takes time. I’m grateful to have the tools to reset quickly, and I want to make sure I offer that same support to anyone else feeling the effects of winter, and feeling off‑balance.

If you’ve been wanting to get in before my July postpartum season begins, now is the time.

Yes!!!! This really explains my thoughts when looking at the body as a WHOLE! Yahweh created a blueprint for how life works on this earth, and when we walk in His ways, we step into the blessings He already built into creation.

Obedience brings clarity, longer life, protection, peace, and the ability to actually think and choose freely. His commands aren’t restrictions, they’re instructions for abundant living.

But most importantly, His law helps us glorify Him. We can’t glorify God when we’re weighed down by sin, confusion, and the stress that comes from living outside His design. Obedience frees our minds, strengthens our spirit, and positions us to reflect Him fully.

His commands are for our good, and most importantly, for His glory.

Stay the course mamas and don’t be discouraged!!!! Your body is created for this!!!

Memorial Day reminder! Labor begins when both baby and body are hormonally aligned, not when a calendar says so.

When baby and body are in sync, oxytocin rises, cervix softens, and contractions begin naturally.

No amount of scheduling can replace that physiologic timing.
If baby was ready, you’d be in labour — and that readiness is worth trusting.

‼️Important Updates/Appointment Available‼️

We have had a last‑minute cancellation for tomorrow evening, so there is one unexpected opening this week.

If you’ve been feeling drained or overwhelmed, carrying tension you can’t shake, dealing with sleep that isn’t restoring you, noticing hormonal or emotional shifts, having digestive discomfort or inflammation flares, or just feeling “off” without knowing why, this is a good moment to come in.

At Alpha Omega Remedies of Grace we work to help your body settle, reset, and return to a place of clarity, peace, and balance so you can function the way God designed you to.

The next available appointment after this is June 8, and I’m excited to have VERY special visitors coming in June, so clinic hours will be more limited than usual.

We’re also entering baby season, and I’ll be on call for births from mid‑June through mid‑July. A separate message will go out to the clients this affects, but I do want to gently note that during that window, I may need to cancel or shift clinic appointments day‑of if a baby decides it’s time.

Today has been busy.

Busy catching up on school work. Busy making things. Busy researching things. Busy trying to read multiple scan reports. Busy praying about the next steps in protocols.

The amount of tasks it takes to keep a business going 😅😮‍💨

But I’m so thankful for growth and the need to stop and work on the behind the scenes stuff. We have so many exciting things happening in this season. Thank you for being a part, whether encouraging, praying, or even supporting!
