🚨 Also, keep in mind that this weekend we will only be offering mental health services. Our typical medical services will be resumed on September 6th.

This Sunday will look a little different at Weekend Clinic.

We will be open from 1–6 PM on Sunday, August 30, but our provider services will be limited to **mental health care only**. Our mental health nurse practitioner (Missy - Absolutely fantastic!!!!) will be on site, but we will not have a general medical provider available for non-mental-health visits this Sunday.

Lab work may still be completed by appointment.

We are actively looking for additional medical providers who may be able to help cover occasional Sundays when one of our regular providers is away. Jake will be back next week, and we expect to return to our regular clinic services.

Thank you for being patient with us and for continuing to be awesome while our small volunteer team works to keep care available. Please share this update so no one makes the trip expecting a general medical visit this Sunday.

Yes, this is a poorly edited Google Maps picture. We don't have a lot of good pictures of the front of the building because, we've always been a lot more focused on what happens inside than what the outside looks like.

Tomorrow night, we're opening the doors.

Come walk around.
Sit in the fancy rolly chairs.
Touch some of the stuff. 😂
Ask questions.
See where we see patients.
See what we have.
See what we're working on.

And, of course… eat some cookies. 🍪

SUNDAY, SUNDAY, SUNDAY! 6:30-8:00pm Open house at the clinic!!!!

Ever wondered what happens inside The Weekend Clinic?

You’re invited to our Open House this Sunday at 6:30 PM!

After clinic closes, we’re opening our doors to the community! Patients, supporters, volunteers, neighbors, and anyone who is curious about what we do. Honestly, if you just want to see what it looks like, come on in! If you want to sit in the big blue chair, or the rolly chair (I know you want to - I can see it in your eyes), come on in!

Come walk through the clinic, see our space, meet the people who make it happen, and learn how your community donations and support are being used to provide free healthcare to those who need it.

This is your chance to see it for yourself! We will have some snacks as well!!!!

No pressure. No fundraiser. Just education on what we do, and a chance to connect with your community.

We will still have the regular clinic that day from 1PM-6PM for your medical needs.

Come see what your support makes possible.

Behind every successful clinic is a team of people who work to make it all happen, and for The Weekend Clinic, that is Dr. Bryan Grooms.

As our Medical Director, Dr. Grooms is constantly working behind the scenes to ensure our clinic operates safely and effectively. He leads our medical team, provides oversight and guidance to our nurse practitioners and physician assistants, and helps ensure every patient who walks through our door receives high-quality care.

In addition to serving as Medical Director, Dr. Grooms is also an active member of our Board of Directors, helping shape the future of The Weekend Clinic and our mission to provide free healthcare to those who need it most.

Simply put, we would not be where we are today without his leadership and countless hours of service. His commitment to this community has helped make quality healthcare accessible to hundreds of patients, and we are incredibly grateful for everything he does - like, really.

If you need care this Sunday, you’ll be in excellent hands. Dr. Grooms will be seeing patients from 1:00–6:00 PM, and as always, no insurance, income, or residency requirements are needed.
