We are looking for new owners for our beautiful building in Jackson, MI.
We are currently using the space for yoga and sound baths but it has the potential to be so much more. The space is large with plenty of room for easily 25+ yoga mats for an active yoga class and we’ve had 50+ on mats for sound baths. The high ceiling provides amazing acoustics for sound and it has even been used by professional musicians for recording.
The full basement with its new kitchen would be great for cooking classes.

It would be perfect for someone with an established yoga business who’s tired of paying rent. My husband and I have put so much love and energy into this building but we’re ready for new adventures.

ILC will continue business as usual until we find a new owner.
