Don't let your digestive health haunt you this Halloween! 👻

From ghosting your colonoscopy to ignoring persistent digestive symptoms, some things are just too important to leave hanging!

This spooky season, we're reminding you that taking care of your gut doesn't have to be scary. Colorectal cancer screening starts at age 45 for most adults at average risk, and paying attention to changes in your digestive health can make all the difference.

A picture-perfect day for an even greater cause! ⛳

Take a look back at the Borland Groover Foundation's inaugural Fore! To Get Screened Golf Tournament, where our community came together for a great day of golf and an even greater cause.

Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors, participants and supporters, every dollar raised will go back into our community to help spread awareness about colorectal cancer and the importance of getting screened.

We're so grateful to everyone who helped make our first tournament a success. We can't wait to do it again!

Colon cancer doesn’t always cause symptoms in its early stages, which is why knowing what to watch for and staying up to date on screenings is so important.

Changes in bowel habits, blood in the stool, persistent abdominal discomfort, unexplained weight loss and ongoing fatigue can all be signs worth discussing with your healthcare provider.

Symptoms don’t always mean cancer, but persistent changes shouldn’t be ignored. And remember, for adults at average risk, colorectal cancer screening begins at age 45.

Early detection can make a difference.

We all experience bloating from time to time, but when does it become something worth talking to your doctor about?

Occasional bloating can be a normal part of digestion, especially after certain meals. But if bloating is persistent, getting worse or accompanied by symptoms like abdominal pain, changes in bowel habits, unexplained weight loss or blood in your stool, it’s important to get checked.

Don’t get used to feeling uncomfortable. If something feels off, a conversation with your healthcare provider can help you get to the bottom of it.
