Updates and upcoming classes/trainings ✨️✨️
We will be out of the shop june 6th-14th during this time we will be very mindful of answering waitlist requests, reaching out to clients, etc.
That being said reach out to us the next few days to get booked or with any questions you may have.
We added our specialty yoga class in July&are looking into some outside options this summer. Reiki Level 2 class is upcoming and as always sticking to our full moon ceremony every month on the 1st. A wonderful time to connect, release and refresh!

What a beautiful couple's session last night. This client brought her husband after experiencing her first session alone where her uncle came through. He kept calling her "booboo" she really didn't connect in that moment (her uncle passed when she was little) but she went home and asked her mom & she was shocked she even said it. Her uncle called her booboo!
During their session I could see the strings of their relationship, how each of them function differently and how they were renewing their vows upcoming. Her husbands dad and grandmother came through. His dad showing me masculine energy, a buck with huge antlers and his grandmother petite and quiet on the left of his body. A tombstone and a reminder in my brain of how this death led to so much change in his life. All confirmed as we spoke. I kept seeing pink skies and they confirmed together they had a favorite memory of sitting in the McDonald's parking lot watching pink skies and they created that memory this week together. ❣️✨️
You cannot make up what is confirmed here- energy can tell all&your loved ones are never far.

This client came in for her first time&I kept feeling my jaw hurt so bad. After she told me how she has plates and had to have serious surgery to fix her jaw.
It is moments like these that you cannot deny the energetic thread.

An emotional discovery of her uncle. During her session I felt a male energy, he kept showing me his wrist and fancy watches, the words clear as day in my brain "Mark".
Her uncle's name is Mark and he loved Rolex watches. As we dived deeper we realized how much in present day he was being discussed snd remembered throughout their family.
Just a simple way to show that our loved ones aren't as far away as we think.

Let's talk kids sessions.
This little one came in quite nervous and unsure what to expect. I always give my littles the options - how they want to lay, do they want squishies during, do they wanna talk or be silent, hands on or off and to let me know if it becomes too much.
By the end of this session I had asked him if he was ok& he replied "I am really calm and comfortable."
Hesitant to talk at first and then told me everything from his temu shopping to baseball and more. His entire body looked so different just after 35 minutes of work.
It felt so fulfilling to watch him melt and have that time just for himself after a big school year!

In energy work and somatics, the energy needs to move. I have many clients who involuntarily twitch during my sessions and it is always verification that what's no longer serving is ready to release. Do you notice the movement?
