Standing up from the ground unassisted is one of many markers of healthy aging. We’ll spend Tuesdays in September at Sage Bodywork and Wellness working towards limited assistance while standing up out of our chairs on September 1st and from the floor for the next 3 weeks!

🌻 This month’s Move with Meaning theme at Sage Bodywork and Wellness is Stand Up Flow - we’ll build strength to help stand up out of a chair (September 1) and off your mat (the next3 weeks) with minimal assistance.

🌻 Bring your mat and a good book to the Wood Dale Library District for a free BYOB Yin Yoga class! Head to the library’s events page to register!
