Watch our students practice the Elevator Hook Sweep and Spinning Arm Lock. These are amazing self-defense techniques, but what makes us most proud is how our instructors teach every detail, step by step, helping each student build real understanding, confidence, and skill.

That’s what we teach our students in our Youth Program as they learn to keep their hands up, stay alert, and protect their head and face in real world situations.
It keeps the class fun, but it also teaches awareness, confidence, and practical self defense skills.

Every class helps our students build real world self defense skills they’ll carry with them for a lifetime — along with discipline and confidence both on and off the mats.
